Homeopathy Medicine for Chronic Fissure
Fissure is a deep furrow, cleft or slit.
Anacardium occ. (Twice a day): Fissure, cracks or ulcers of the skin of soles.
Antimonium crud. (Thrice a day), Lycopodium (Thrice a day): Fissures on the palms, hands and heels.
Calcarea fluor. (Thrice a day): Fissures or cracks on the palms of hands and anus. Sore cracks near the end of bowel.
Graphites (Twice a day): Fissures of anus, hands and fingers in persons who often have eczema and severe constipation.
Hepar Sulphuris (Thrice a day): Chapped skin. Deep cracks on hands and feet.
Malandrinum (Thrice a day): Fissures or chaps on hand and feet in cold weather and from washing.
Manganum acet. (Thrice a day): Deep cracks in the bends of elbows or knees.
Natrium mur. (Thrice a day): Fissures on lips, especially in the middle.
Fissures anywhere due to dryness of the mucus membranes.
Nitricum acidum (Thrice a day): Constant oozing of foul matter from fissures. Fissures have clear cut edges as if cuts are made with a sharp knife. Fissure ani with hemorrhoids.
Paeonia off. (Thrice a day): Hemorrhoids and fissures of anus together. Ulceration of anus and perineum, covered with crusts.
Petroleum (Thrice a day): Chaps and fissures which bleed easily, worse in winter especially on the tips of fingers.
Platinum met. (Thrice a day): Crawling and itching in anus.
Ranunculus bulb. (Thrice a day): Finger tips and palms chapped. Blister-like eruptions on the palms.
Ratanhia (Thrice a day): Sensation as if broken pieces of glass were in the anus. Anus bums for hours after stool. Fetid, thin diarrhea. Hemorrhoids burn. Fissures in the anus, with great constriction, burning like fire; temporarily relieved by cold water.
Sarsaparilla (Thrice a day): Fissures on the skin of hands and feet. Deep cracks on fingers and toes.
Sedum acre (Thrice a day): Fissures of the anus and hemorrhoids together.
Silicea (Thrice a day): Fissures on finger tips and anus.
FISTULA – ABNORMAL PASSAGE
Bacillinum 200 (One dose only): It may be given when other well selected remedies fail to cure.
Berberis vulg. Q (Twice a day): Fistula of anus. Increase of bile. Sour eructations. Great itching of the anus.
Calcarea carb. (Thrice a day): Fistula near the ear or parotid gland.
Calendula off. Q (One dose only): Fistula not healing properly may yield to this when applied locally. 20 drops to an ounce of luke warm water. An effective medicine for healing. The lotion may be used externally always with other treatment.
Causticum 200 (One dose daily): Fistula and large piles. Dental fistula.
Graphites (Twice a day): Fistula of anus. Discharge, glutinous and fetid.
Myristica seb. (Thrice a day): Fistula of anus. Action similar to Silicea and Hepar Sulphuris, but it acts more powerfully than these two remedies.
Nitricum acidum 200 (Thrice a day): There are one or two openings-internal or external. Soreness and burning pain in the lower bowel. Constant oozing of thin, green fetid matter from the fistula. It is the remedy of first importance.
Paeonia off. (Thrice a day): Fistula ani. Hemorrhoids, fissures and ulceration of the anus covered with crusts. Burning, biting and itching in anus.
Silicea 1000 (Thrice a day) Only for a day: Abscess fistula. It may be accompanied with piles. Give three doses in one day, cures in 1-3 weeks. Give Tuberculinum 1000 after cure.
Sulphur (One dose only): Blind fistula with cutting pains.
