Homeopathic Medicine for Hemoglobin – Anemia
Calcarea ars. 3x (Four times a day): Hemoglobin and R.B.C.’s is low – especially suited to fat women and at menopause.
Ferrum phos. 3x (Four times a day): Increases hemoglobin and makes up the deficiency of iron.
Lecithinum 12x (Four times a day): Increases the amount of hemoglobin and red blood corpuscles.
Natrium cacodyl. 3x (Thrice a day): Increases number of R.B.C.’s to double.
Vanadium 6 (Thrice a day): Increases the amount of hemoglobin and W.B.C.’s. It also stimulates the action of W.B.C.’s. It destroys power of virus and bacteria to produce disease.
NOTE: The amount of hemoglobin in the blood averages 12-16 gm/100 ml in females and 14-18 gm/100 ml in males. It is an iron containing pigment of the red blood cells and it functions to carry oxygen from the lungs to the tissues. ‘Heme’ means iron containing pigment and ‘globin’ means a simple protein and their combination gives the name ‘hemoglobin’.
