Homeopathic Medicine for Leucoderma – Vitiligo

Arsenicum sulph. flav. (Thrice a day): This remedy maybe given in 3x potency thrice daily. When the improvement is retarded, give 30 potency and if it fails to cure completely, give 200 potency weekly.

Borax (Thrice a day): White skin with red patches.

Hydrocotyle Q (Thrice a day): 5 drops, thrice daily if Arsenicum sulph. flav. fails to cure.

Nitricum acidum (Thrice a day): Discoloured zigzag patches on the skin. The base looks like raw flesh.

Psoralea cor. 3x (Thrice a day) 5 drops in ½ cup of water: It is an excellent remedy for leukoderma. It is used externally in the form of an oil. After application of the oil, exposure to sun rays must be avoided.

Psorinum 20 (One dose only) Repeat after a week: It may be required at some stage of the disease Hair on eyebrows and even eyelashes may become grey. A dose of this remedy given every week can restore the original color of the hair affected by the disease.

Tuberculinum 200 (One dose only) Repeat after a month: A dose should be given at the start of the treatment. It should be repeated every month.

Vanadium (Thrice a day): Irregular milk white patches on the skin with hypotension and weight loss.

NOTE 1: Avoid milk products and citrus fruits.

NOTE 2: Low levels of stomach acid (HCI) are believed to be the cause of this problem.
