The pelvic organs, bladder, uterus and lower bowel fall down through the vagina. This occurs because the pelvic floor muscles can be weakened by aging, childbirth, obesity and other factors. In the early stage, urine leaks on sneezing, laughing or coughing. In surgical processes, slings are build to keep the organs fallen out of position, back where they belong.
