Homeopathic Medicine for Puberty

Alumina (Thrice a day): Anemia in girls who have not yet menstruated. Pale and livid complexion. Laziness. Impaired appetite and digestion. Chlorosis.

Asafoetida 3x (Thrice a day): Breast swollen and painful. Milk may appear in them though they never had pregnancy.

Asterias rub. (Thrice a day): Pimples on the face during puberty.

Aurum met. (Thrice a day): Palpitation of heart at puberty. Foul breath from the mouth.

Calcarea carb. (Thrice a day): Leucorrhea before appearance of menses.

Ferrum met. (Thrice a day): Polyuria.

Kalium carb. (Thrice a day): Delayed first menses or menses appeared for the first time and then did not appear for several months together.

Lycopodium (Thrice a day): Non-development of breasts even at the age of 18 years.

Mancinella (Thrice a day): Mentally depressed state at puberty. Sadness on account of disappointed love.

Mercurius sol. (Thrice a day): Appearance of milk in breasts, instead of menses.

Onosmodium 10M (One dose only): Absent breasts appear exceedingly small. Breasts may become normal by its use. Use one dose every 15 days.

Pituitrinum 30 or 200 (One dose daily), Zincum met. (Thrice a day): Delayed symptoms of puberty i.e., defective development of the breasts, non-growth of hair in the armpits and pubis.

Pulsatilla nig. (Thrice a day): This is a remedy for many menstrual troubles during puberty. First menstruation is delayed. Uncalled sadness or weeping during puberty. It also cures irritability during puberty.

Sulphur (One dose daily): Abdomen having the appearance of pregnancy, but without it.
