Homeopathic Medicine for Scarlet Fever

Ailanthus g. (Thrice a day): The skin appears hot, purple or livid. Semi consciousness, delirious, weak pulse and general prostration. Diarrhea and dysentery.

Ammonium carb. (Thrice a day): Lack of proper eruptions. Fever takes a chronic form. Throat swollen. Body red.

Belladonna (Thrice a day): Covers many symptoms of the disease like sudden onset, rarely with a chill but sometimes with convulsions in very young children. Sore throat. Temperature from 101° F to 105° F. Frequent vomiting followed by a rash first on the neck and chest. Face flushed. Rash is seldom seen on the face. 30c potency of the remedy acts as a prophylactic.

Rhus tox. (Thrice a day): With the symptoms of Belladonna but with blister-like eruptions on the body.

Streptococcinum 200 (One dose only): Antifebrile action. Septic conditions of the disease. Rapidly brings down the temperature and other symptoms.
