Homeopathic Medicine for Wrists Problems
Actaea spic. 3x (Thrice a day): Rheumatism of the wrist joint.
Caulophyllum 3x (Thrice a day): Aching in the wrists.
Eupatorium perf. (Thrice a day): Aching in the arms and wrists.
Kalium carb. (Thrice a day): Lacerating pain in the wrist joints. Better by moving the wrist and warmth.
WRIST CURLS
- Hold a tin can (i.e. beans). Place forearm on table with wrist free over the edge. Do 15 wrist curls with palm facing up, 15 with palm facing down. Repeat 3 times. Doing this exercise with a shopping bag will allow weight to be added as your strength improves.
- Squeezing a rubber ball will also strengthen the injured area. Carry one with you a squeeze it as often as you can.
Magnesium phos. 3x: Pain in one or both wrists with tension in nerves. Give 3 tablets every two hours.
Natrium phos. (Thrice a day): Aching in the wrist joints.
Trimethylaminum Q: Rheumatic pain in wrists. 10-15 drops in a glass full of water, a teaspoonful every 2 hour.
