Homeopathic Remedies for Appetite – Lost
Alfalfa Q (One dose only), Gentiana lutea Q (One dose only) Before meals: A mixture of both in an equal quantity; a ten drop dose is a good appetiser.
Antimonium crud. (Four times a day): Loss of appetite. Desire for pickles and acidic things. Eructations, taste of ingesta. Tongue thickly coated white.
Aurum ars. (Twice a day): It causes rapid increase of appetite specially in anemia and chlorosis.
Calcarea carb. (Twice a day): Aversion to meat. This remedy will remove it.
China off. (One dose only): Hungry without appetite.
Ferrum phos. (One dose only): Aversion to meat and milk. Sour eructations.
Gentiana lutea Q (Twice a day): Simple loss of appetite. Acts as a tonic and increases appetite. Loss of appetite after an illness. Give five drops before each meal.
Ignatia amara 30 (One dose only): Complete loss of appetite for all foods, drinks and tobacco. He has no taste for these things.
Lecithinum 3x (One dose only): Loss of appetite with craving for wine and coffee.

Ferrum met. (One dose only), China off. (One dose only): Canine hunger alternating with complete loss of appetite. Regurgitation of food and eructations after eating. Wants bread and butter but meat, beer and tea disagree.
Gaultheria Q (Twice a day) 10 drops in ┬╜ cup of water: Uncontrollable appetite despite eating, causes sickness in stomach and pain.
Iodium (One dose only): Anxious and worried if he does not eat. Faints if kept hungry for a few hours. Eats often and much but still loses flesh. All symptoms are relieved by eating.
