Homeopathic Remedies for Bones Related Diseases
Acidum fluor. (One dose only), Silicea (One dose only): Caries of mastoid bones and the three bones of the ear with copious discharge worse by warmth and better by cold. Dental fistuala of teeth of upper jaw. Given alternately, cures necrosis of the jaw bones.
Acidum salicylic. (One dose only): Caries of bones due to suppression of foot sweat.
Aristolochia clem. (One dose only): Pain in the bones of the ball and socket joints.
Asafoetida 3x (One dose only): Unbearable pains and caries in bones. Pain in bones in syphilitic patients.
Aurum met. (One dose only): Pain in bones worse at night. It is a great solvent of enlarged bones. Caries of nasal bones.
Calcarea carb. (One dose only): Caries of the spinal cord. Rheumatism on account of defective bony growths. Extremities are deformed or crooked. Bones become soft. Curvature of bones especially of spine and long bones.
Calcarea fluor. 12x (Four times a day): Gouty enlargement of joints or fingers. Encysted tumor on the back of the wrist. Necrosis of the upper right jaw bone. Bony tumors on the neck or back. Caries. Rachitic enlargement of femur in infants.
Calcarea phos. 6x (Four times a day): It is a remedy for weak bones which are easily breakable. They do not serve the purpose of supporting the parts, they are supposed to. It creates new bone marrow. Useful when bones become fused i.e., sutured.
Causticum (One dose only): Deformation of bones about the joints. Tearing pains in the bones and joints, worse night causing restlessness. Better by warmth. Sinking of strength and faint-like feeling.
Conchiolinum: Continuous or intermittent pain and inflammation of bones specially when growing ends are affected.
Drosera (One dose only): Tuberculosis of bones.
Eupatorium perf. (Four times a day): Bone pains in fever, etc. or without a visible cause. Pain in wrists and spine. Bone pains of all descriptions with restlessness.
Euphorbium off. (One dose only): Burning pains in bones and necrosis of the bones.
Graphites (One dose daily): Pain in the bones of feet and ankles with great restlessness.
Gunpowder (One dose only): Inflammation of bones during menopause.
Hekla lava 3x (One dose only): It has a marked action on many affections of bones like swelling (ostitis) and abnormal growth of bones (exostosis), difficult teething, caries of bones, tumor of bones (osteosarcoma), inflammation of the spine (rachitis), death of bones (necrosis), jaw bones, neck bones, etc. Has to be used for a long time.
Hypericum (One dose only): Severe nerve pains in the hip joints.
Mercurius sol. (One dose only): Pain in the bones of limbs worse at night. Patient is very sensitive to cold.
Mezereum (One dose only): Bone pains accompany chilliness and the patient is very sensitive to cold air. Pains shoot upwards.
Phosphorus (Twice a day): Periostium painful and swollen, ulcers affecting bones. Cures necrosis and caries of lower jaw, vertebra and tibia. Cancer of bones and abnormal formation of bones and teeth.
Phytolacca dec. (One dose only): Pain in the bones of patients suffering from syphilis.
Ruta Q (One dose only) 10 drops in ┬╜ cup of water: Pain in bones due to an injury, specially pain in the long bones.
Symphytum off. (One dose daily): Inflammation and pains due to a fracture of the bone. It is a glue for bones in fractures in Q potency. 30 potency, one dose a day, promptly heals injuries of bones and periosteum. Cancer of bones.
Tamus Q (Twice a day), orally 10 drops in ┬╜ cup of water: A paint on the hip or knuckle bones or any other part where there is a great pain, takes away the pain speedily. Use it orally also.
Theridion (Twice a day): Rachitis, necrosis and caries of teeth.
Thiosinaminum (One dose only): Wasting of spinal marrow.
Vanadium (One dose only): It helps fixation of calcium in the bones.
NOTE 1: Bones not only give shape and support to the body, but they also serve as storage for minerals, salts and play an important role in the formation of blood cells. They consist of 50% water and 50% solid matter, mainly matrix, which is a jelly-like component, made up of primarily protein collagen and minerals, especially calcium and phosphates.
NOTE 2: Regular exercise, physical activity, avoiding excessive, caffeine, alcohol, and quitting smoking builds healthy bones and helps prevent fractures and osteoporosis.
NOTE 3: Bones are rigid structures, that, when combined with the 68 joints of the body, permit motion of various types. Bone development is influenced by a number of factors, including nutrition, exposure to sunlight, hormonal secretions, and physical exercise.
Optimal calcium intake varies with the age groups.

The preferred source of calcium is through calcium-rich foods such as dairy products. Calcium-fortified foods and calcium supplements are other means by which optimal calcium intake can be reached in those who cannot meet this need by ingesting conventional foods.
