Home Remedies for abdominal pain



Causes: Abdominal pain starts when you take stale food, untimely meal, rich food etc. In this condition there is problem in urine and stool discharge and formation of gas starts. There is vomiting tendency when bad air passes in the stomach.

Symptoms:  In this disease there is heaviness and you feel pain like needle punctured in your stomach. Heart beat increases and you seems panic.


  • Take a spoon of pure honey with cold water for stomach pain relief.
  • Mix a pinch of dry ginger with a little honey and taste it which is very beneficial.
  • Grind two leaves of basil and take this with half teaspoon of honey.
  • During bedtime drink a glass of warm water mixed with a teaspoon of honey. This experiment will clear stomach in the morning.


  • Chilly, oil, sour, spicy food should not be consumed.
  • Easily digestible should be taken. Moong Dal’s Khichdi with yogurt is beneficial.
